Dr. Bob Smith Health Center

的 Dr. Bob Smith Health Center is a convenient medical clinic located on the SMU campus for diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury. 的 clinic is staffed by full time physicians, 注册护士, 药剂师, and laboratory and x-ray technologists for diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury. 另外, counseling services for various concerns are provided by a psychiatrist and several psychologists in the Health Center.

Wellbeing Promotion

的 Office of Wellbeing serves as a resource for health information on campus. 的 office promotes programs and activities that focus attention on wellbeing and health-related issues affecting college students. Students can also get involved with health education on campus through 西 and other student initiatives.

SMU Police Department

的 SMU Police Department works diligently to promote the security of our campus community through a variety of services and programs which are conducive to the support of the learning that occurs in the classroom. Such services and programs include:

蓝光电话
Emergency Blue Light phones are strategically located throughout the exterior areas of the campus, parking garages and parking lots. Upon pressing the call button, you will be in immediate contact with SMU Police Department. When an emergency phone is activated, an officer will dispatch to the location of the Blight Light phone to investigate.

TransLoc
SMU's campus security escort service offers free safe rides throughout the main campus between 7 PM and 3 AM daily when classes are in session. For a ride, download the TransLoc app from the App Store or Google Play. During severe weather, Safety Escort service may be suspended until conditions allow the service to resume operations.

Annual Security Reports
